Mission

Home Ownership Made Economically Home Coalition (H.O.M.E.) of Greater Brockton is a nonprofit organization poised to create new pathways to homeownership for low- and moderate-income individuals and families in the greater Brockton area. Our purpose is to provide accessibility to affordable housing options for all Brocktonians through the use of land trusts donations and great grant programs. Through these means we aim to empower Brocktonians, with a focus on people of color, towards financial independence, general generational wealth creation and equal opportunities while also establishing their presence and voices in matters and issues of the community.
